All categories of information sharing described in this Privacy Policy exclude mobile phone numbers and text messaging opt-in data; that information will not be shared with any third party for marketing purposes.

Mobile opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party except subcontractors that help us deliver the messaging service (for example, our messaging provider), and only as needed to send the messages you have requested.

Outside the mobile-information limits above, we may share information:

Submitting an inquiry through this website does not create an attorney–client relationship. An attorney–client relationship is formed only after we have conducted a conflicts check and signed a written engagement letter with you.
